Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Bunloos account and cloud save. The fastest method is inside the app in Settings > Delete Account.
What Will Be Deleted
When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize your Bunloos account data and cloud save where reasonably possible, including account identifiers, coins, owned floors, storage boxes, Bunloos, Bunloo names, growth and hunger state, eggs, foods, earned items, collection progress, sanctuary progress, Rift scores, leaderboard records, hatch history, and gameplay records stored in Firebase.
What May Be Kept
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, platform obligations, dispute handling, or backup integrity. This may include limited economy, anti-cheat, diagnostic, crash, or support records.
How To Delete Your Account
Open Bunloos, go to Settings > Delete Account, and confirm deletion. This deletes your Firebase account and associated cloud save data where reasonably possible.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the email linked to your Bunloos account, or include enough information for us to identify your account.
If the button does not open your email app, contact us at agistudios.co@gmail.com with the subject Bunloos Account Deletion Request.
Timing
We will review deletion requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify the account.
