Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Agisprites collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Bunloos. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.
1. Who We Are
Bunloos is operated by Agisprites. You can contact us at agistudios.co@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Bunloos, we may collect or process:
- Account information: a Firebase anonymous user ID, and an email address if you choose to link or sign in with email. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored directly by Agisprites.
- Game save information: coins, owned floors, owned storage boxes, Bunloos, Bunloo names, colors/types, traits, growth state, hunger, bond points, eggs, foods, earned items, collection progress, sanctuary level and XP, Rift scores, best combo, total Rift runs, hatch history, and audio or gameplay settings.
- Economy and anti-cheat information: coin grants, coin spending, shop purchases, reward claims, earned item grants, server timestamps, cooldowns, and rate-limit information.
- App and device information: app version, device model, operating system, diagnostics, crash reports, performance data, and integrity signals used to help prevent abuse.
- Advertising information: information used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads, including rewarded ads. This may include device identifiers, ad identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics depending on your device settings and consent choices.
- Local app data: a local copy of your game save, settings such as sound or music preferences, and cached app data.
- Notification information: Bunloos may schedule local device notifications for eggs being ready to hatch, eggs about to hatch, and Bunloo hunger reminders if notifications are enabled. These reminders are generated by the app on your device.
- Support information: your email address and any information you choose to include if you contact us for support.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Bunloos does not intentionally collect your contacts, photos, videos, microphone recordings, camera data, precise GPS location, health data, financial information, or payment card details. If these practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required platform disclosures.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create and restore your Bunloos account and cloud save;
- save your progress, inventory, companions, rewards, and settings;
- process in-game economy actions and reduce cheating or abuse;
- operate eligible Rift leaderboards;
- provide rewarded ads and measure ad performance;
- schedule local gameplay reminders if notifications are enabled;
- diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve app stability;
- respond to support requests;
- comply with legal, safety, and platform requirements.
5. Third-Party Services
Bunloos uses third-party services that may collect or process data under their own privacy policies:
- Firebase / Google Cloud: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase App Check, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics may be used for login, cloud saves, server-side economy actions, abuse prevention, analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics.
- Google AdMob: used to provide rewarded ads and ad measurement.

6. Ads and Consent
Bunloos may show rewarded ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, platform requirements, and consent choices. Advertising partners may use cookies, mobile identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver, limit, and measure ads.
7. Cloud Saves and Local Saves
Bunloos stores some progress locally on your device and may also mirror important progress to Firebase so it can be restored after signing in. If you clear app data or uninstall the app without linking your account, local progress and anonymous account access may be lost.
8. Leaderboards
If you qualify for a Bunloos leaderboard, other authenticated players may see your leaderboard display name, weekly Rift score, sanctuary level, best Rift combo, and total eggs hatched. We do not intentionally show your email address on leaderboards.
9. Account Linking
You may link your anonymous Bunloos account to an email and password. This helps you recover your account after reinstalling the app or changing devices. If you do not link your account, Agisprites may not be able to restore access to your anonymous account.
10. Notifications
Bunloos may ask permission to send notifications. Notifications are used for gameplay reminders such as eggs being ready, eggs about to hatch, or Bunloos becoming hungry. You can disable notifications in the app settings or your device settings. Bunloos may use Android scheduling permissions to deliver these reminders at the correct time.
11. Children
Bunloos is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law, without appropriate parent or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that violates applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
12. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or process data with service providers such as Google/Firebase and Google AdMob to operate the app, provide ads, prevent abuse, analyze crashes, and improve reliability. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Agisprites, or others.
13. Data Retention
We keep game save, account, economy, and support information for as long as needed to provide Bunloos, maintain account recovery, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve app stability. Crash logs and analytics data may be retained according to Firebase and Google service settings.
14. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can request help by contacting agistudios.co@gmail.com.
You can delete your Bunloos account and cloud save from inside the app in Settings > Delete Account. In-app deletion removes your Firebase account and associated cloud save data where reasonably possible. If you cannot access the app, you can contact us from the email linked to your account, or include enough information for us to identify the account. Some data may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform obligations, or backup integrity.

15. Security
We use Firebase, Cloud Functions, App Check, authentication, server-side validation, and access rules to help protect account and game data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where Google/Firebase and related service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Bunloos after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
